Ya know, on paper this doesn't sound like a bad idea. Caped crusaders...doing charity work... thwarting criminal activity. I feel bad for the flamboyently dressed individual who winds up in the middle of a say...Southside Detroit, stumbles upon some skinheads or gang bangers and the police have to pull his poly-nylon blended face mask from his anus to identify his face.
