Oh, sweet Jesus do we have an awesome candidate. Steve Lipski is a City Council member from Jersey City. He also likes beer. And he has a penis. You can probably see where this is going.

A city councilman from Jersey City, N.J., was so intoxicated at a Washington nightclub that he urinated on several concertgoers, club sources allege.

Well, who hasn't? Why go to a concert if you can't pee on people?

Police called to the scene arrested Lipski for allegedly urinating from a nightclub balcony and charged him with simple assault.

Honest mistake.

The unidentified sources said Jersey City Councilman Steven Lipski allegedly was caught urinating on a crowd during a Grateful Dead tribute band performance at Washington's 9:30 Club, the New York Daily News reported Sunday.

Holy shit. I want him arrested for going to a Grateful Dead tribute concert. I can only assume the Deadheads smelled better after being urinated on.
