Should The Treasury Secretary Sound 'Terrified?'

There was an emergency G-7 meeting today that was all about the current financial crisis. According to Paul Krugman at the NY Times, our Treasury Secretary didn't look so good afterward.

And while I generally despise body language/tone of voice stuff, I have to say that Paulson sounds terrified.
