My Version of the World...
Goes like this...
All the time. This should be happening in the office you work in, in your living room, in hotel lobbies, in school cafeterias, everywhere. All the time.
And that little monkey that rings the bell is the greatest thing ever.
DA, I'm a near religious follower of your blog, it always keeps me up to date with what's happening in American politics and you're dry sarcasm and wit never fail to give me a laugh. I am however really disappointed with this post. Yes, it looks funny, Yes, the monkey and the gong is cute, but the reality of bear boxing is no laughing matter. These bears have their teeth and claws remvoved so they cant defend themselves, are locked in tiny cages, are beaten and whipped until they learn the commands they are supposed to - it is an appalling form of animal cruelty. This is why all over the world societies such as WSPA are trying to get it stopped. Can i suggest you do some research into the realities of bear boxing and the way they are treated, i only hope that afterwards you will see how very un-funny it truly is. Keep up the otherwise good work.
