It's not a matter of if machines will attempt to kill men, but when. At some point we are doomed and we will all die at the hands of what we have created. Seems pretty obvious.
I just didn't think it would be so soon.
I'm not surprised the first battle of man vs. machine took place in Japan. Japan will be ground zero. One person broke their leg, twenty others were injured. Hopefully they are taking the escalator to the dump.
