It was about Democrats. Blamed them for oil problems or something. Blah Blah Blah. What Bush says is now about as relevant as what my father says. He's that useless and ignored. Nobody cares.
He also lifted the executive ban on offshore drilling. That would mean a lot of states would allow it - which they won't.
Just go back to drinking, George. Nobody cares.
